Children in Malkangiri village take charge, repair road to school

‘We thought if the elders won’t fix the road, we will.’ These are the words of, a group of students from a village in Odisha’s Malkangiri district that took it upon themselves to repair a road leading to their school. Earlier, some children had to walk a stretch of 5 km to reach their school.
