Ever wondered what happens to children when they are separated from their parents who are in prison? From not being able to attend school, to working tirelessly as child labourers, children go through a riot of emotions that affects their mental, physical and emotional being. Naturally, a child’s childhood is compromised as they remain isolated and stigmatised. Weaving a story that looks at the rights of children whose parents are in prison, here’s Bikhrae Rishte, a short film by NGO #Prayas.
